Aprilmap

AprilMap is the project of media studio “April” which represents online Geographic Information System (GIS). It can be useful in many spheres of people’s activity such as tourism, business trips, education etc. On the basis of AprilMap product it is possible to create the interactive map of any city with a lot of possibilities:

• to use free maps of Google and OpenStreetMap;
• to create and update a database of useful and interesting for users objects divided into convenient categories;
• to give an opportunity for registered users of system to add interesting objects on the map and also add photos of existing objects and comment them;
• to use an interactive master of work with public transport routes;
• to give users the information about weather in the chosen city;
• to give users the information about nearest railway stations and airports and also train and plane schedules;
• to give users an opportunity to create the gallery of photos of the chosen place divided into categories.
